These are very tasty. They do leave a little zinc aftertaste, but it actually lessens the more I take it. Usually zinc makes me nauseated. These did not. I will continue to order them.

So many zinc pills are hard to swallow and zinc is so important to take just as soon as you start to feel any type of cold or cough. This is also great because it is a chewable, tastes good, so I also give it to my kids as soon as they complain of any thing or I hear a cough from them. I also like that it has the extra vitamin C and B6 in it. I will take more than one if I need a higher dose but the kids can just take one since the dose is perfect for them (before I used to have to split a zi...

Good flavor and quality. Store in a dry place, they will soak in moisture after a couple weeks of the seal being broken.
