Very pleased with guitar. I have a Taylor and a Guild D40 but this was purchased to use for church services and it has proven to be excellent. Sound quality and pickup work very well. I use a remote sending signal to sound board 60 feet away and it works without a hitch. The fretboard is easy to manuver and it sounds very alive. I'm a true beginner and this thing does the trick. The price point is perfect for somebody who is unsure if they will stay with it or not. The guitar looks nice. The case is sturdy. The media could not be loaded. If you’re reading this and thinking about buying this guitar, just don’t. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a guitar 2 times from them and both had serious issues. The first one, after a few weeks, started cracking where the neck and the head meet. I was able to return that one without much issue. The second one I received had pieces of wood inside the guitar when I took it out. I inspected it and couldn’t find any issues at that moment.
