On the plus side, the drops have a nice mint flavor and I do feel calmer and my energy is more stable since I started taking the drops. On the negative side, the delivery method is cumbersome. You're supposed to take 30 drops per day, and since there are no markings on the dropper, I have to put 30 drops on a spoon to be sure I am taking the correct amount.
