When you get down to it, this is definitely way more edible than a lot of shelf stable foods. Great recipe, easy to prepare, tasty and complex flavor. Decent nutrition and better than normal (water containing) canned stuff. Excellent. Taste just like the pouch.My only issue is personal. The single serving instructions create a really thin sauce. If you like it closer to pouch consistency, use a cup of water in my experience.
