I got a new recliner chair with less of a cushion behind my head, so I ordered this and it's perfect. It keeps me from having to jut my head forward and it eliminates neck pain. It's easy to remove some of the buckwheat to make it the perfect size. I love that it has no fragrance, as most of these neck supports have the stink of artificial lavender, which is nauseating. This is scent-free.

The pillow is very nicely made.. the buckwheat is in a well made inner pouch. There is also a bag of extra buckwheat, also in a well constructed pouch. There is likely enough in it to fill another pillow. The filling is a bit firm/hard but I adjust quickly and doesn't bother me.The one downside is the pillow becomes warm from body heat but I don't think it will be an issue. All in all I really like it and glad I got it. I would buy it again and would give as a gift.
