I prefer a small pillow for nightime sleeping, and this small pillow is perfect for me. It was a bit too full & firm for me at first, but I discovered that a few handfuls of foam chunks could be removed from the insides to get to the perfect comfort level. It has inner & outer zippers, so nothing leaks out. The pillow cover is a nice quality, textured zipper cover, which is very nice. It washes & dries nicely. I can take it anywhere, which is awesome!

The 4-star rating isn't because there was anything wrong with the pillow. It's because the manufacturer doesn't label their product appropriately. I went to a lot of time and trouble to verify that I had the correct pillow. It's been almost a year and I still love these pillows! I've used baton filled pillows for years, then my wife decided we would try down pillows. She ended up not liking those, because while they are super comfortable when you first lay on them, they sink and get too flat for her. I love this pillow! I was having neck and back pain prior to purchasing this item and now I have zero aches. I love the cool feeling of the pillow, it has great retention and quality is great! It had a strange smell when I first opened it but that went away full about 2 days after using it. I pulled some of the foam out to adjust the softness, it’s a perfect height. Definitely recommend this pillow for anyone 35+ that wakes up with random neck/back pain like me.
