After using this for about a month, one day I went out to my car and when I turned it on the lower back vibration had stopped working. Plus other lights stayed lit up, even after trying to shut them off. It was concerning. I contacted the company and they sent me a new car adapter. This did not stop the problem. To their credit, they then went ahead and sent me a whole new seat. I have been using it now for a couple of weeks and so far, so good. Fingers crossed this one won't have the same is...
