Great original AP stylus, sounds great at tracking force of about 1.5g. I rebuild old turntables and usually put one of these on as part of a rebuild. They are consistent and sound fine.

I just want to chime in that I got this as an upgrade stylus replacement to the AT3600L cartridge that came stock on my Angels Horn turntable.I wasn't displeased overall with the AT3600L but seeing that the ATN91 is only about $5 more than a replacement AT3600L stylus, and since the ATN91 stylus considered an upgrade over that (while being compatible with the AT3600 cartridge), I gave it a whirl- and honestly, this stylus is quite a difference maker.The AT3600L was pleasant overall ("warm" as...

I have a U-turn table, and ATN91 sounds actually more pleasant than Ortofon Red, which costs 3x. I think the conical needle is less demanding in terms of tone arm angle adjustment, so unless your TT costs over 300, this cartridge might be your best bet. The sound is warm, and I don't feel the need to adjust the needle position as I did with the Ortofon. I use it with a class A tube amp and old school floor speakers.

An overly enthusiastic teenager broke the needle on my turntable. All good! Replacing it was easy. Took me about 5 minutes. Sounds as good as ever.
