There is nothing that I dislike about these Koss CL/20 headphones. They sound great! I’ve tried multiple headphone brands and I haven’t been satisfied until now. And yes these sound better than the Beats brand. I would rate it 10 stars if possible

When I saw these I had to get it. I am a big fan of the Koss Porta Pro. TheCL/20 did not disappoint. Firstly it looks great. I love this retro look. From the headband to the casing to the 6ft cord are all transparent.The headphone is very light weight. The clamping force is average. The leatherette earpad could use a bit more padding. Simply put, these are made to be used in prisons and other institutions where the clear plastic prevents people from hiding things inside the earcups. And the sound reflects that intended purpose. If you're expecting Porta Pro type sound, look elsewhere. The tuning is not balanced at all. I'm not sure why they bothered to bring these to the consumer market at all.

At this price, and for relatively similar visuals, I would look to the KPH30iCL over these. By a large margin. Or save ten bucks and get the KSC75. These, I'm not really sure what happened.
