I have extremely sensitive lips, and this lip balm works great. It keeps my lips moisturized for a long period of time. The application is easy. You just push up from the bottom of the tube to increase the length of the lip balm. There is no taste and smell is pleasing and mild. The quality is excellent. I really like the natural ingredients. The first time I bought the strawberry vanilla it was true love. Perfect in every way. When I ran out, getting more was a 100% must. This more recent order was my second purchase of the same product and 4 of the lip balms have been so strong with another scent (seems like one of the other blends was mixed in) and essential oils that it burns my lips and the scent and flavor is overwhelming, basically unusable. I get that the cardboard is wonderful in keeping plastics out of our landfills and waters.... and that would be a major plus.... except the stuff is quite greasy - bad aroma - totally unappealing. I opened one - pushed it up to use - tested it - and tossed it away. Unpleasant smell and gritty feel to the lips. Good idea - bad product.

This is my first time trying this product and I was surprised how lovely the smell is, and how long it kept my lips moisturized.The lip balm is very short, but thicker in circumference than most lip balms I've used. In order to get more out you have to put your finger on the bottom and push (like a push pop) I can see this might be a problem if you have larger hands or perhaps disabled.
