We are finding this to be sturdy, strong and reliable. Easy to install with only a little bit of extra strength and effort. (I did it myself and I’m an older female.) We are confident that this will support my relative’s weight, help with balance and help break any possible fall without any slipping of its hold on the tub. (Product slippage was my greatest concern.) Also the hand grip is very well designed even for a wet hand. We are really very glad to have this product.

I bought this to replace a different one and this one is much, much better. It is a cinch to install and my elderly parent feels very secure with it. It seems very well made and durable.
