As my review title says, they taste terrible, but they're worth the temporary bad taste. Definitely do not smell them, or the bottle. I hold my breath, take one out, close the bottle, and take the pill before taking another breath. This helps. As far as efficacy and "addictiveness" I have found them very helpful and not at all addictive or habit forming. They suggest you take 2 pills, but I normally only take 1. I take 2 if I took a late afternoon nap and know I'd have an extra difficult time...

This is wonderful....I was on ambien 10mg..however they lowered the dosage for women to 5mg, which did not do anything for me. I then in turn was put on different prescription medications for sleep that did not do a thing. I seen on AOL about this and decided to try it. Somnapure worked decently for me. I would take it about 30-45 minutes before I want to sleep and it definitely makes me sleepy. Sometimes i simply could not fall asleep though so it was kind of hit and miss. On the nights that it does work, it works pretty good and i wake up feeling non groggy. So for me this worked decently, as i stated. My biggest issue was/is falling asleep.
