Decided to take a shot ordering batteries and a charger online. I had some issues at first getting the batteries to charge. You really have to slam them in and they work fine after that. I guess you just have to abuse the charger a little bit. They’re genuine batteries and they do charge quick!

My friend gave me a Milwaukee tool set, which stopped working for some reason. The 1.5 Ah battery was dead, the charger did not have any lights and would not charge the only battery I had. I opened the battery and carefully charged the cells bypassing the safeties. Still it would not run the tools or charge in the charger. Yes there are cheaper battery and charger combos but they are off brand and work fine. However for what these tools cost it's better to keep it original. Very happy with the charger and batteries work great with my other milwaukee tools
