I have an old AT&T phone answering system with 3 portable phones. Has caller ID. It works perfectly but the battery in one phone had deteriorated to the point where it would only hold a charge for one day. Thus the purchase of a replacement battery. If I find that the new battery functions well for a while I will order 2 more of the same from the same supplier.

Everything with the order worked out perfectly, prompt delivery, excellent product, now that I have a new battery, my cordless phone is working once again ! This is the 2nd battery that I have purchased from you, as we have 2 cordless phones, and both of the old batteries went dead within weeks of each other.

Replaced 15 year old Battery. Charged over nite and working as good as the original. So far all is good. Give it a few years and I'll report on battery life and longevity.

I'm using these in my cordless phone, so I'll have to wait and see how long these last. The original batteries lasted years.Bought this because other batteries with the same specifications but not AT & T (generic) did not last very long, as in 4-6 weeks and I'm really not on this phone often. Turns out these are Synergy batteries and so really this is false advertising, as these are NOT AT&T-Lucent named batteries. As long as they keep working or if they don't, I'll update this review later.
