This is a great bag for my 10yr old. It has separate ventilated compartments for your skates. There is enough ventilation where the skates do dry out in the bag. We do dry the blades prior to placing them in the bag, but her laces are sometimes damp going in the bag. The bag is compact and roomy enough for my daughter to carry, but easy for me to carry as well. Bought this for my kid's ice skates. A lot of other kids at the rink have this same one. It's great cause you wear it as a backpack and also have venting mesh to air out the skates if they're not wiped down well enough. Large pocket in the center for other items.

I don't know why, (and I saw another reviewer mention it about this particular purple pattern), but the zippers are pink instead of black. I don't hate the difference, but I would have preferred black zippers. What a great skate bag! I just love this bag for my skates. I’m a beginner skater and I’m back and forth to the rink a lot. A friend suggested this bag to me and I couldn’t be happier. This is an absolutely wonderful bag! Fits my skates as well as all the things plus more. And it is quite comfortable on the back. I would say men’s skates will not fit in this bag, I’d recommend the transpack roller-skate bag for men’s skates :)
