I accidentally broke my Sennheiser 800 cable and saw that purchasing a replacement cable from the manufacturer is ~$300 - super ridiculous price! So I found this product, purchased it and am VERY pleased with it. The quality is better than I expected. The adapter from the mini plug to the larger headset plug actually screws onto the end of the mini plug which makes it FAR more secure and allows you to pull it out of the socket with ease. I highly recommend this product - well done!

The stock headphone cables are way too long. These make cable management easier and there is no degradation of sound quality.

Audio quality is great. These BARELY fit in my HD800S. I had to nearly break the cable to get them out, almost needed plyers... These headphone females have been known to break with too much force.I took them out because the right side started failing after 14 months of PC use(40-60hrs a week). Not TOO bad, but not too good.I can't recommend them because of the build.... but the audio quality was fine.

These do not fit well into an HD 800 S. Managed to get the right side in with a lot more elbow grease than I am comfortable using on a $1600 pair of headphones, left side won't go in at all. Had to return instead of possibly breaking my headphones.

The OEM cables on my Sennheiser 800s inevitably started to fall apart - such a shame that such fantastic headphones come with such lousy cables - but when I looked a few months back the only available options were like $200+. Glad to see more affordable options are available - the material is durable and the cable is well crafted and looks good, and the sound is just as it should be. Very happy with the purchase.
