Perfect cable for connecting my laptop to my powerline internet receiver. Looks to be well made.

Initially seemed to work well. But issues popped up, download speed on my PC was about 10 mbps though my phone showed 900 mbps??? Swapped cables and the issue went away. Checked my Realtek network card drivers. Over eight years old! For some reason Windows does not update this driver. Went to Realtek downloaded newest driver (from 2023) and installed. Cable working perfectly now. Make sure you have WiFi enabled on your PC before installing the new driver.

Although you don’t need a Cat 8 for 1Gbps speeds, I can tell you that this cable handled it flawlessly and is very well built.

Different manufacturers/sellers have different definitions of orientation. It worked for me but do check photos carefully before buying this or similar product.

I've bought two of these Sinloon cables for my networking closet. The first; the RJ45 tab easily broke leading to inconsistent connections. At the time; I thought I just fumble fingered it.Several months later after noticing disconnect problems with the cable; I ordered an exact replacement. This cable arrived and promptly failed to link at 10GB. It wouldn't link at all but after a couple of random re-insertitions it finally linked at 2.5GB / not 10GB much less 40GB as indicated in product ma...
