I have this unit in my camper there are few things nicer than a nice hot coffee by a morning campfire. Just under 2 months after receiving it it stopped working. It just makes a god awful noise. After doing some research come to find the needle gets clogged. Kind of a pain in the ass having to do this after "maybe" 12 coffees. It's better than my keurig k elite!! Heats the water fast. Came with the holder for grounds and tea. Worth every penny! Brews/drips fast. Coffee has no loose grounds floating around. The stainless steel and black looks fantastic on my counter. Easy to take apart and clean.

I thought it was great in the beginning. We have been enjoying this product for just over a month when it just quit working. It is making a horrible noise and not pulling water from the reservoir then the lights flash and it shuts off!!!Not happy! I do not recommend this product. It works right out the box, unlike two new Keurig products I purchased before this. It's a basic unit that provides several sizes of beverages, but the "iced coffee" feature is misleading. The coffee produced under this setting is still hot enough to melt all the ice that it says to have in your cup when you brew it. Kind of defeats the purpose really.
