Got a deal on a "renewed" Nespresso Vertuo, advertised as "like new" so was surprised when label stated warranty would be different. However; have used once daily for little over a month and have not noticed any problems. Love it, so easy to use and no mess; great espresso. Previously had Gevi espresso machine which was about 6 years old, made great espresso but more work; decided to try this one and am very pleased. I’ve been using this machine daily for 3 months, and thus far, it is making great espresso. The crema is as tall and thick as you see on the tv ads. Sometimes I enjoy it straight, and sometimes I heat and froth my flavored creamer. I expected to be disappointed, but I am instead very pleased.
