Was surprised when I got this and unzipped the cover, to find that it was essentially a piece of stiff styrofoam and a small heating element. However, it certainly does the job of keeping my rear end warm! Wouldn't mind if it was bit softer, but otherwise it does the job.

Things to know that the company could do a better job with on the front end: it takes different time lengths to charge these seats depending on your cord and plug.
