When first getting it whenever we got on and off the bed it would make a loud noise but having it for a while that has stopped. Very supportive for out matter. Easy to use just rolls right out.

Although I can tell a difference using it, there is nothing to keep it in place.. so as you do regular bed things (like laying, sitting; etc) it slides around and. Ever stays in place. Does NOT fit a queen bed, even though it says it’s for. I had to maneuver it to at least support the areas where most weight would be. Definitely thought it would’ve come with something to keep it from sliding in the metal frames- the metal frame like shown in the description. It’s very annoying
