never thought I'd like beets but beet root makes me feel energized and alert. I take 1 pill at a time vs the 2 it says but I can talk the difference when I take it. the price point is great and highly recommend it. there is no taste to it as well.

The quality control of the company seems good, based on a little bit of internet searching and they get good reviews. The capsules themselves seem high quality. Easy to take and I feel like there has been a bit of an increased energy level after about a week, but I can't be certain it is the tablets, or placebo effect, so I'll give the capsules the benefit of the doubt and assume the effectiveness of these capsules are consistent with the claims.
