I bought this in May 2022. It is an okay product. Over time the retraction component will wear down (which I am highly disappointed in how quickly). In my circumstance, it won't retract the last 10' or so feet. I am also noticing there is a small drip starting to happen internally to the box. It is extremely difficult and cumbersome to take the box apart to address any issue inside the box. Frankly, its not worth the hassle to take it apart and fix it, I did that once and won't do that again....
