This sign is amazing! All we have to do in the morning is flip it to open and BOOM, we are open! All our customers that used to just walk past now stop in! At night when we close, we just reverse the sign and BAM, we are closed. All our customers who used to stop by when we were closed now just walk right past! This sign has been a lifesaver for our business. Thank you open/closed sign for doing an amazing job at communicating with our customers the fact that we are open or closed!

The store I worked for only had a neon open sign, but no closed sign. Had customers constantly try to get in the store after closing time, even if they've been a customer for couple of years and know when its closed. Decided to invest in this sign and there's been a lot less customers knocking on the door trying to get in ever since we hung it up on the front door. Still got the occasional customer being annoying, but its better than how it was before.
