My daughter chose this. She has huge hair so I can’t comment on how close sizing is. Seems like it’s reasonably accurate. We always go up a size when in doubt.The helmet is nice and glossy, and while we haven’t crashed it, it seems durable enough.One suggestion that would be super cool: have speakers in the ears. If not speakers, lights. It’s just empty space and would give us fun options to play with.

Obsessed with this helmet!! I debated back and forth about buying this because yes- it’s cute AF- but- was it going to be FUNCTIONAL? The answer is yes. This helmet is very comfortable, thick padding inside, and does great at low speeds with the ears on. Once I exceeded 50 mph the wind drag started, and at 70 mph it was pretty much unbearable, but the ears are removable so if I’m just riding around town I’ll leave them on and if I’m planning on hitting higher speeds I’ll remove them. It’s only 2 screws that holds them on so it’s pretty easy to add or remove as needed. I’m very happy with the purchase!

Not bad for the price...bought for fiance...would give more stars except that there are really no good mounting points for Cardo helmet speakers and it did not come with a clear visor to swap out. Also, visor clip for removal is very fragile and easy to depress for visor removal so be careful
