Installed in about 15 minutes, including the removal and re-installation of the front grille. The lock was set to my key very simply. Insert the key, turn it, and you’re done.You’ll need a tool to install rivets. It’s like $20 at the hardware store or, in my case, my buddy had one. This lock was very easy to install once you get a rivet gun. It took me about 15 minutes and I had no issues. You just line it up with the existing holes use the rivet gun to attach it and that's it. I installed this lock on my 2015 Wrangler JKU. Perfect fit, easy install. It comes with 1/4" rivets that fit into existing mounting holes in the framework but rather than having to buy a rivet tool that I would probably never use again, I used 1/4" hex head button bolts, washers, and self-locking nuts. Not as easy as the rivets but with a little patience and mechanical ability the bolts work. I would definitely recommend this item for your Jeep.
