The amylase works as it should but it is a shame that the import fees are more than the cost of the amylase - beware of this.

I usually buy Amylase at Brewhaus but they ran out of it so I bought it here on Amazon. I use it to produce alcohol from corn at a rate of 45g amylase per 50kg of corn. To my dismay, I have tripled the amount but It did not convert at all. Maybe it's expired or past its prime but I never had issues from those supplied by brewhaus. It's such a pain dealing with a very sticky mash, so I have to salvage by using malt. Total waste of money

Amylase isn't listed as an ingredient, only dextrose. Tried it, seemed to be only sugar
