Feels rugged enough to last a long time. But is kind of wide to fit most loops. I had to force it through. Also the buckle sticks out because that's where the tightening loop is. But once it's dialed in, all you have to do is clip it to lock and push it to open. So maybe it will wear in, it's still new.
