I bought the smaller Flexzion 1.5cup for my older 22lb dog a year or two ago and it has helped him tremendously with his pancreatitis. This dish is perfect for my lab puppy who doesn't chew his food, he inhales it. The 3 posts in the dish are the correct size and properly placed to allow him to reach his food more slowly. The dish is also weighted with a non slip rubber ring underneath. Great dish for a reasonable price.

My senior dog has recently started throwing up after he ate. The vet suggested this type bowl for him. It definitely works, without making him struggle to eat, like someof the more complex slow feed bowls do. I feed him 4 times each afternoon and he hasn't thrown up once since we got this bowl. It's also very easy to wash and is worth the very reasonable price. It has saved us hundreds in vet bills!

I was looking for a product that would slow down the rate at which our pupper gobbles down her food. I've read about bloat and I did not want my pupper to get it. This works perfectly. She takes at least triple time to go eat her food. The design is great to facilitate that. Highly recommend.
