I think this is a good toy for learning. It is like a laptop, the keyboard layout is the same as a real keyboard, and it uses a large yellow button to mimic a mouse. It supports up, down, left, and right movement, but it feels more like using the arrow keys on a keyboard.It comes with 3 AA batteries already installed.
