The connectors are easy to use and work with both CAT5e and CAT6. They are compatible with standard crimping tools and provide a solid crimping feel and a secure fit. The connectors do not have a wire pass through, which requires the cable to be trimmed. While this can be a bit of a hassle, it does help prevent interference, making the extra step worthwhile. I have had no problem with these plugs, but its worth noting that they do not have wire passthrough, which means you have to cut the wire short, but it also means there is less chance for interference.Overall these are pretty easy to use and I have had no problems with these plugs.

These RJ45 plastic connectors feels a bit light but they are sturdy. They fit into the crimper easily, function like any standard RJ connectors. The copper pins pushes down and into the slots smoothly and accurately, no error so far. The connectors work as it advertised, no complaints or no bad connector found so far. There are good RJ45 connectors, should give it a try.

It seems that pass through RJ45 connectors have become popular in recent years, but these are the older style standard connectors, where the cable does not pass through the connector, and can be crimped with a normal crimping tool (a pass through crimping tool will also work fine). Please note, not all crimping tools are the same. I've crimped thousands of RJ45's over the last 30 years. These are among the best and most reasonably priced RJ45's I've used. Unlike many plugs on the market, these have offset 3-prong contacts, so you can use them on both solid and stranded wire. They crimped very securely, with all contacts inserted to the same depth, so they will plug in reliably.
