I use this product for control of Amplitube 5 and various other software in a recording studio. When I received the product it was packaged well and the instructions made it seem easy enough to set up. It turns out that the Hotone Ampero Control app for Android cannot be downloaded from the Google Play Store, and you will need to enable installation of third-party apps on your phone to get this device programmed.
