I have been looking for a replacement remote for my fan for 2 years. The fan still looks new and is in perfect working condition except the remote works occasionally, and sometimes not at all. Finally found it! All I had to do was make sure the dip switch was the same. So happy!!! Thought I would have to replace my fan!! This will work if you have a Hampton Bay fan model # UC7030T!! It was so easy!!

Let me first state that I rarely give any item I purchase 5 stars. I have made and exception with this purchase.Okay, this item looks exactly like the remote that came with my Harbor Breeze fan. That remote was using 9 volt batteries like they were the new shrimp cocktail value meal at Red Lobster. That is the reason I purchased this remote. However, upon receipt of the remote I noticed the old remote's 4th dip switch was not locked fully on and therefore was probably draining the battery exc...
