I have been using aqua seal on my leather hunting boots for quite a few years now, and it works well. The trick is to apply 2-3 coats on your boots every year before you plan to wear them in wet areas. I walk in brooks with no leaking, and that’s on boots that do not have any waterproof membrane built in the boot. It keeps the leather looking great too.

The product works better than any other product I’ve ever used. No stink, no seep thru into your socks like all the other “natural” products touted in the past. Application is easy and even distribution is a snap unlike “natural” products.Only thing is Amazon needs to update product pictures. The ads show the 2000 packaging, which changed several years ago.Product, five stars. Amazon advertising, minus one.

Easy to apply and super effective. It darkens the leather a lot right after you apply t but it will lighten up again. My husband only likes really expensive shoes and ruined his last pair in one season because he didn't protect them. So another $500 pair means I wanted the best protectant. This was listed on several sites as a perfect protecto Le and I have to agree.

It is the best waterproofing ever. It’s easy to use. I use it on my boots, gloves and chaps. Not expensive and last a long time. I give it 5 stars.

Great product. Never used anything like this before and decided to try it after reading all the reviews for a new pair of boots I bought. It was easy to apply and rub off. I would agree with the others of redoing it every month to ensure the seal remains. That's something in general I'm not good at (or like) but probably needs to be done to ensure the boot is protected. Overall, would recommend the product.
