I love the color, once it "dries", it does not smudge or budge, even when I need to take a contact lens out and put it back in!I took off one star because the pencil has a rounded end, and the sharpener just broke the tip off instead of actually sharpening it.That's the ONLY issue. This stay on better for me than even Tattoo or Stila liquid eyeliner!I will keep using this and buy it in more colors!
