I searched high and low for an eyeliner that works well right under the lash /on the waterline. This is it! Glides on easily and very smoothly, the espresso color is the perfect neutral brown, sets fast, and definitely doesn't smudge or transfer to my lower lid throughout the day. Not impossible to remove, either...cleanser + micellar water does the trick for me.

This pencil is easy to apply and the color is great- not too harsh and using it along my lash line makes my lashes look thicker. Unfortunately it tends to smear after several hours. It would be great if it did a better job of staying put!
