my mom has been suffering from IBS for awhile now. there is no cure for IBS so it has been a guessing game for multiple different medicines to see what helps her. This medicine has done wonders on her. but like every medicine it adjusts over time to your body and could not work any more and a new medicine will have to be used if you suffer from IBS as well. overall, this is a good product and worth giving it a try
