This is a nice bosu ball. Easy to air up with the provided pump and useful. The resistance band coming with it is nice as well. I haven't had any quality issues with it after having it for several months now. I do recommend it.

I am excited to make this a part of my exercise routine. It has a decent list of exercises to start with and I am sure there are more online somewhere.This comes with a foot pump, air leaks out after you remove the pump until you put the plug in. It doesn’t recommend how many pumps so i did 40 and that seems to be sufficient. So I did not get this as a balance ball. I wanted something that was portable and I could use for sit ups and back exercises. I have a Roman chair for back and stomach exercises but it's not portable.The foot pump works well enough to pump it up, but is not the greatest thing in the world.
