I suffered a stroke a little over 2 months ago. While in the hospital, the Occupational Therapist used a machine similar to this one on my arm and hand to try to wake the muscles back up. This TENS unit was a lifesaver while I was going through physical therapy for my two total knee replacements. It was easy to use and worked great to stimulate my quads and help re-build my muscle strength. I am using the Chattanooga Nerve stimulate for my Methatarsoles in my left foot after Ankle surgery P13 and they do work in about 2 weeks (1 session daily) my nerves are almost back 60 %.The only thing I wish it had is an alarm when the workout is over and better pads.The pads that came with worn out very quickly they hardly stick after 2 weeks.The therapist ladie told me they should last forever. But they are not.Other way the machine is good enough and I guess so far good enough for me .Hop...
