I have been using one of these lighters on my keychain for 4+ years now and it has held up fantastic I have had to replace the flint wick and cotton more times than I remember but the lighter itself still works like it's new.

UPDATE: After a few months of being on my keychain, the first lighter sort of just fell apart. The threads that holds the lighter in the cap and therefore on my keychain have weakened to the point they barely hold on.
