I love to cook and go through a lot of herbs and spices quickly. Buying small cans or bottles in the supermarket is expensive and inconvenient, so I've started buying larger quantities online. This Dill is a great example why. When I saw it in the jar, I thought, "Wow, that looks so green, it must be fresh!" And when I opened it, the aroma was amazing! It added wonderful flavor to a number of dishes I cooked (It's fabulous sprinkled on crab cakes Benedict) and at a fraction of the store price...

This herbs stay fresh for a long time - which is good because 4oz can go a long way! I love the fact that this spice is organic, tastes great, the size is big and it is a very versatile herb.
