We bought it mainly for MTB and kayaking and did not want to spend a lot of money on a more expensive camera, as we just want to play around with it, not invest hundreds of dollars. I bought this a low-cost mountain biking action camera. It works great, and has a long battery life. Lastly, the quality is good, but can be a little bad in low or super high light. Overall, great product.
