The customer service that I received was top notch and they were so adament about fixing my issue. They also advised me that the filter comes with a 1 year warranty in case something was to happen. Very easy to disassemble and put back together; first thing I checked. Very easy to install. Seems perfect for my pet Green Crab Larry's 20 gallon saltwater tank. I'm not sure yet how this is going to work. I wanted something to move the water as well as filter it. I'm not exactly sure why I bought this one instead of the same kind I have in my other two tanks, but i think it was because it could sit on the tank wall and still do the things I mentioned above, while also not being too obtrusive. For my overstocked tank its good, for adding oxygen and helping with algae control and bio filter.power is good, helps my surface floaters to stay at the corner. Very easy to put together, was a bit bigger than I expected but that just upped the value for the price, there is absolutely no sound you can't even tell it's running. I bought it for a three and a half gallon and while it did take up a lot of room I made it work and my green water turned clear. It's now comfortably in a 10 gallon doing a wonderful job.
