I also wanted a filtered shower head this go around as I heard it is great for the skin and hair. After using it, I have noticed a significant difference in the quality of by skin and hair. Pressure is awesome. Love all of the different settings and the power wash setting works great for grime removal. The only down side is that if you are shorter in height, below 5'5", it wont adjust to point the stream too low due to the handle hitting the wall due to how the showerhead fits inside of the rainfall. The first two I tried were more specifically rain showers where the main shower head comes further out and is parallel to the floor to rain down on you directly.
