I really like this product and it has helped me with back relief. Im 5' 7'' and 180 lbs. This works good for me but I would like it if it was a little longer. I should have got the next size up for using with my back. Product still works great. Its easy to use, durable and will last a lifetime, perfect size round and stiffness to help roll on for the back.
