First off, I would like to say these work excellent in my car .they had the perfect color frequency by my eyes. they're probably four times brighter than normal incandescent bulbs halogens. I did not have any flicker as for construction I kind of like it open so that way it cools off better. it fit in every socket that I put it in. I used them in a Prius C. Very nice lights. I got the purple option, and they are actually purple, and not that pink purple that LEDs sometimes show up as. These things are BRIGHT! I added pictures of both day, and night time, and they very visible. Adds a nice bit of color and custom look for a fair cost.
