Pay a little more for real protection that others simply cannot provide. Quality build and feel. My only complaint is how the phone has to be inserted in the waist holder volume and power button down. No biggie since I mainly do not use the holder, rather, I stick my phone in my back or front pocket. Using the waist holder makes me look like a "boomer". There is a manufacturing problem with this Otter box case, I have contacted Amazon and Otter box and can't seem to get anywhere, the phone is loose when clipped in, there is a gap between the phone and the case, my phone has come unclipped a few times and fell on the ground, all my old otter box cases for previous phones don't do this, Amazon has sent me 2 replacements and Otter box has sent me 1 and all 3 do the same thing, can't seem to get a resolution to this problem.

I received the phone and this case went on without issue. Make sure you put it on then a screen protector. The case is very durable and yes it was dropped which is not surprising. Little kids love to drop or toss things. The belt clip only works on the left side. Oh, well.
