The media could not be loaded. An attractive and well manufactured product that fit my Kindle like a glove. My only reservation is believing it is made of leather... maybe, but don't expect something you'd typically identify as leather. (Super attractive, but leather?) Beyond that, let me brag on Amazon for a moment. This particular item was offered at a significant discount because it had been returned with a small interior blemish. I have the Paperwhite Signature, think it is 11th generation. When I bought it, I picked the Kindle case that kind of looks like denim fabric. It did not hold up well. In a very short time, a month or so, it was fraying around the edges - though I admit, the Kindle was tossed into my bag and taken everywhere with me, I was not precious with it - still, one would expect an almost $40 case to hold up for longer than it did. Structurally it is still fine, it just looks bad with the edges all fuz...

I’ve always wished for a Kindle case that truly matches the color of my device—and this one delivers. Unlike other third-party cases (and even Amazon’s cork option) that feature black plastic, this case matches the color of my Kindle Paperwhite 11th gen perfectly, making it look like an integrated part of the device. The leather feels real (bonded most likely, like many bibles), the plastic grips the Kindle securely, and the overall look is clean and seamless.

I bought this cover as part of a bundle when I bought a new Kindle Paperwhite, it says it’s leather, but it’s pretty cheap and plasticky feeling if you ask me. Of course, I was spoiled by my jack spade cover. That’s really Kate spade, but her line for men. I have those for my old Nook color, my old Kindle Fire, and an older iPad…Just for comparison, I attached a photo of the Jack Spade Kindle Fire cover. I think this case is mostly hard plastic with a very thin layer of leather or fake leathe...
