Set seems very well made and the case is a nice feature. There are 3 hand grips, 50#, 75# and 100# and the rating is stamped on one of the ends of the hand grips. It also comes with foam covers for all 3 hand grips.A 25# option would have been a nice add on because anyone with a hand or wrist injury or an elderly person may have difficulty starting with the 50#.
