Surprise, surprise! These actually worked with the Piezo on my acoustic-electric ukuleles. My $160 NUXs did not. The other attractive feature about this set, other than the fact that there's a charging case, is that you can unscrew the 1/4 inch plugs and get to the 1/8 inch plugs. I’ve been using these for just over a year now, and have generally been pleased with their performance. I use them 3 or more times a week for at least a few hours at a time. It makes it way easier for me to switch instruments on stage! Turn it on, plug it in and off you go. I like the cleaver way both transmitter and receiver charge at once. I can't hear any latency, my mandolin sounded as good as with a cable. Battery life is enough for 1.5 hour set at least.
